1st Gymnastics Class
Matthew had his first gymnastics class today at the Gymnastics Academy of Rockford. He LOVED it! He did an awesome job walking down a little beam they had and jumping into the foam pit. We need to work on listening to the teacher more, but overall he would follow instructions well. He can't wait for next week!

Boone County Fair
It was a hot one, but we had a great time at the Boone County Fair this past Wednesday. Matthew loved all the animals, and of course the John Deere toys for kids! He even had his first pony ride, and time in a little petting zoo for kids.

24 Weeks
We are excited and blessed to reach the marker of 24 weeks! This marks viability outside the womb. God is good!
Here are a couple pics of me this morning at church...
Cute pic of some friends from church who are also pregnant. We are missing a few ladies, but Erin (39+ weeks), and Megan (30 weeks) were around for the picture...

Fun at Festa
Each year we try to make it to the Rockford tradition that is Festa Italiana. You always run into someone you know! Good Italian fair food, entertainment, and rides for the kiddos make it a fun time. Here are some of the highlights from last night...
Our "appetizers"...toasted ravioli, arancini (fried rice ball filled with meat, peas, and cheese), and olive salad...
I didn't get a pic of our meatball sandwich, but feast your eyes on the sfingi! (sweet fried dough balls covered in cinnamon sugar...) Fair food at it's finest!
Matthew enjoying the sfingi...
Dancers...
The three of us enjoying Festa!
Chris and Matthew at the granita stand...
Matthew REALLY wanted to ride the "choo choo", but it said for 40 inches and taller (which he is not quite), and we are pretty sure he wouldn't stay seated the whole time...Next year for sure!

23 Weeks
There are days I don't think I am getting any bigger, then I am reminded by the belly pics that I am!
