I have been taking some photos of some of the meals I have made the past week or so in our attempt to eat more healthy and better. Needless to say I can't cook like this every night...it is hard when Chris is away on a trip for a few days to cook right. Can anyone say frozen burritos or pizza from the freezer on those nights? Anyways, I hope, even it is just one person, to inspired them to eat/create fresh, colorful, healthy meals for their family as well...
